I’ve been interested in health and fitness for as long as I can remember.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle makes for a happier life.

However, I don’t support our nations obsession with dieting. I believe one can eat healthy and still enjoy eating.

I also don’t support the idea that exercise must take place in a gym.

Exercise should be something we enjoy and look forward to. It doesn’t have to be hours on a cardio machine – I think being active outside (hiking, biking, playing tennis) is the best form of exercise.
